I applied for my daughter on February 4 and I'm trying to expedite the application because she was abandoned by my family and she ended up under government custody, now they finally agreed to let me bring her here after 4 years of fightin to gain custody back, I called immigration and also sent a letter with my application but there haven't been any updates in the case, I have emails from the America embassy telling me they are willing to expedite the visa as soon as gets approved, also emails from the Spanish embassy and American embassy in Spain when I was doing her custody, Facebook pages dedicated to find her when she ran away when she couldn't stand to live in the conditions she was... I don't know what else to do but she is desperate and I'm going nuts waiting also.. How long do this process take?

Could you not move to be with her whilst the process occurs?

I spent time with her last month the problem is that I'm going to school and leaving for an extended period of time will affect everything specially financially since I will have to quit my job.. I wish I'm saving money again and selling what I can to go back and spend more time with her until things settle
