Congrats. I am 30 days into this and it looks like I have 6-7 more months to NOA2.

USCIS - California service center

09/17/12 --- I-130 sent to Phoenix mail box
09/20/12 --- NOA1 recieved via e-mail (CSC)
09/27/12 --- NOA1 hardcopy received
01/24/13 --- Called USCIS customer care and found that case was transferred to Local USCIS office (never got notice of it)
03/18/13 --- Submitted E-request as the petition is officially 180 days beyond
03/18/13 --- Tier2 ISO told the petition is at NBC.
04/01/13 --- We received email confirmation abt the E-request that we put in 2 weeks earlier
04/04/13 --- Went for infopass appointment at local office and they approved my petition and sent it to NBC
04/08/13 --- Received NOA2 today (date of NOA2 is 04/04/2013).

NVC Process

04/18/13 --- Called NVC for case number, they told that they got file on 04/15 asked us to call back of 20 business days
04/23/13 --- Called NVC and got the Case number and invoice identification number.

04/24/13 --- Sent DS-3032 by email.

04/29/13 --- Got AOS Fee email from NVC,

04/30/13 --- AOS Fee payment done online.

05/01/13 --- Send AOS documents packet by Fedex.

05/03/13 --- AOS Packet reached NVC.

05/06/13 --- Got Immigrant Visa Application Fee Bill Invoice email from NVC.

05/07/13 --- Packet IV Fee payment done online.

05/08/13 --- Send Packet IV documents by Fedex.

05/10/13 --- Packet IV reached NVC.

06/10/13 --- Got checklist email for i-864.

06/11/13 --- Corrected i-864 reached NVC.

07/01/13 --- Got new checklist again from NVC, but it was mentioned that we meet the min requirement to schedule an interivew, so asked us to

get the corrected i-864 to interview.

07/08/13 --- Got Case Completion email. ( Case completetion date at NVC is 06/28 ).

07/31/13 --- Interview date scheduled on 09/03.

10/10/07 - I-129F sent to VSC

04/30/08 - POE Newark

07/06/08 - Wedding..... I'm Married Yall!!!

I130 for Minor Child

7/26/12 - Sent to Chicago Lockbox

7/30/12 - Priority date

3/15/13 - NOA2!!!!!!!

3/25/13 - NVC received my case

4/08/13 - Emailed ds3032 template

4/09/13 - NVC case number and IIN number generated

4/11/13 - aos fee bill invoiced/paid/and pkg sent

4/12/13 - aos fee paid again after being rejected/ds3032 resent and accepted

4/15/13 - aos pkg delivered/iv bill invoiced and paid

4/16/13 - iv pkg sent express mail/ aos status changed to paid

4/17/13 - iv pkg delivered/ iv status changed to paid.

4/29/13 - Case Complete!

5/10/13 - Interview notice emailed.

6/05/13 - INTERVIEW

Thanks Apapaia!! Have you tried calling the USCIS??? Their current processing date (according to their website) is June 4th. You'll get your approval when you least expect it. All the best :) It will happen in due time.

Yes, my husband called and they just say "keep waiting" and "soon". I just wanted to be abck for my husband's 30th birthday but I guess I won't be able to :(

After waiting 240 days today, I checked my e mail just before going to bed and there it was!!!!! Oh my God we're so very happy!!!!! My husband and I were almost giving up. Thank you GOD, your timing is the best!!!!!

On to the next step!!!! Woohoo!!!!! :dance::dance::dance:

I hope vermont can speed things up.

I'm still waiting for that NOA 2 (Aug 9 filer)

Congrats. Am so happy for you. I will be watching your timeline to see how long it takes to get your interview in Nairobi, as my husband will be interviewing from there too. I hope our approval comes soon!! Best wishes to you as you continue this journey.

2/24/16- Husband received 10 year green card

Starting the process over again for our daughter (IR2):

1/13/16 NOA1 from Potomac Service Center

4/5/16 NOA2!

4/7/16 Case sent to NVC

4/22/16 Received NVC Case and Invoice Numbers

4/22/16 Submitted DS-261

4/22/16 Invoice for AOS Received. Paid AOS Fee

4/25/16 AOS Fee shows as PAID

4/27/16 Invoice for IV Received. Paid IV Fee

4/29/16 IV Fee Shows as PAID

4/29/16 Submitted DS-260

5/6/16 Sent AOS and IV packages

5/9/16 AOS and IV packages received by NVC

5/9/16 Scan Date

6/10/16 Case Complete

8/8/16 Received Interview Date

9/20/16 Interview Date
