:help:Hey everyone! I was wondering If I should try applying for a B-2 Visa while my K-1 Visa is still processing for my fiance. I'm 4 1/2 months pregnant with our first baby and I was wondering if I file for a B-2 if my fiance could be here when I give birth or at least be with his baby when she gets out. What do you guys think?

Thanks in advance everyone. Have a great day.. :)

It's worth a try but don't get your hopes high cause it's very difficult applying for a tourist visa especially if your fiancè doesn't have strong ties in the Philippines.. Or better yet save your money cause this process is very costly especially with a baby on the way..

Hang in there..

With the PI it is hit and miss. Has he travelled outside of the PI on a visa and had no over-stays? Does he have strong ties to the PIs? You can try, but just remember that if refused the fee is nonrefundable.

Good luck,

Dave

Thanks guys for the advice. :)

I was just wondering if it was a good idea or not. He hasn't traveled out of the P.I. yet, but, we do know a couple of people in the Philippines that could probably help if we tried the B-2 process.

he may have a valid B2 visa. no problems getting it here in PI but maybe he will be questioned in POE.
