Hi every one

MY HUSBAND HAS FILLED CR1 AND CR2 VISA FOR ME AND MY DAUGHTER FROM PREVIOUS MARRIAGE(15 YEARS OLD).ON INTER VIEW DAY I GOT 221G SHEET TO SUBMIT THE COURT ORDER REGARDING THE CUSTODY OF MY DAUGHTER.i GOT DIVORCE AS SINGLE PARTY(EX-PARTY) MY EX- HUSBAND NEVER COME IN FRONT OF THE COURT. THE MAGISTRATE HAS MENTIONED IN MY

divorce JUDGMENT SHEET THAT THE CHILD IS LIVING UNDER THE CARE AND THE CUSTODY OF THE MOTHER EVEN THEN THE CONSULAR TOLD NO HE NEEDS SEPARATE COURT ORDER. SO I HAD FILED COURT CASE REGARDING THE GUARDIANSHIP AND EVEN IN THIS CASE THE BIOLOGICAL FATHER DINT COME IN FRONT OF THE COURT ITS 6 YEARS NOW THE CHILD IS LIVING WITH ME AND WE HAVE NO CONTACT AND WHERE ABOUTS OF THE BIO FATHER.AS A SINGLE PARTY(EX-PARTY) I HAVE WON THIS CASE AGAIN AND THE COURT DECLARED ME THE NATURAL GUARDIAN OF MY OWN CHILD.

1- I WANT TO KNOW THE NATURAL GUARDIAN SHIP IN THE ABSENCE OF THE FATHER WILL BE ENOUGH?

2- Even now i have to get no objection letter from the biological father of the child? the court was calling him to get his right but he din't come even he refused to accept the court summons so the question is if he din't come in front of the court to get his right its impossible that he will give written consent to me about the child.pls advise me i am very disturbed.

NO ONE CAN JUDGE A PERSON BY HIS OR HER CONTENTS IN CAPS THAT HE OR SHE IS SCREAMING OR YELLING BUT CAN JUDGE BY THE WAY OF TALKING . YOU GUYS HAVE SPECIAL POWER BY GOD TO JUDGE A PERSON.THANK YOU.
