I just received this email from CSC NCSC Follow up email. after trying to find out why I haven’t heard anything since my husbands I 130 was denied on June 27,2011 during our interview in the American Consult in the Dominican Republic.

I’m freaking out what does this mean? Are they closing my case or what and can I reapply for him???

On March 12, 2013, we mailed a notice intending to revoke your case (ITR). Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case, you will be notified by mail. Failure to submit the requested evidence(s) within the allotted time may result to revocation of your petition.

If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Do NOT send your response to ITR through this e-mailbox.

This is actually good news but you have 30 days to respond so act fast. You have 30 days to address everything they say in the letter to revoke letter. What they are mailing are the reasons you were denied so you will need to submit evidence to address it. And they must have it back in 30 days they will review and decide (usually yes) and send back to Embassy for 2nd interview.

So be on the look out for that letter.

Now you get to see line by line why you were denied and address it.

Sounds like they want some additional evidence. Wait for the letter to see what exacty they are wanting.

I don’t have a problem answering them, but after they receive it what do they do next?? Than send me a letter to appeal it or give me a new interview….

Its basically like you are being adjudicated again. They look at evidence and will give a decision whether you go back to embassy or denied.

What revoke is they are looking at what CO says and giving you a second chance to address the issues. If they are satisfied with the evidence you get another interview.

Well an attorney will just have you get your evidence and send.

See the good thing is you get to see the actual reasons for denial. Maybe you didn't submit evidence to back you up. So now you get another chance to show evidence to specific issues they see.

I'm so happy finally some good knew. I will have a great trip next month to see my husband especially if I’m able to submit the NOIR response before I leave.

Wow after contacting my Senators office(because my congressman’s office did nothing) and Ombudsman office I’m getting emails left and right with in two weeks of contacting them.

I hope my struggles can help and give strength to any others out there going through the same thing.

A Big Thanks to all the VJ members that are here helping each other through this entire drama that’s not easy especially all alone with your loved ones so far away.

May God bless all of us going through this and I hope all are journeys are over soon. I have to be positive from here on…….

Thank you for your inquiry. This is a follow up to our previous response. Your case was reviewed and on 03/13/2013 a Notice of Intent to Revoke was mailed to the address on record. Please allow 14 days for receipt and respond by the date indicated on the I-797 Notice.

My husbands visa was denied on November 7,2011 and on June 12,2012 I received a letter that my case is being reviewed does anyone knows how long more will this take?
