If your case is straight forward, i'm sure that you can do it yourself. The people are very helpful on this website and will gladly assist you every step of the way. Good luck

Not a spousal visa question, moved from spousal visas to general immigration.

What if the petitioner is a college student with a history of imprisonment for 3 days, 12 years ago? is that already considered as complicated case? :help:

An agency will not be able to help in anyway with the situation of past legal issues. The questions and forms are straight forward and should be answered honestly. Keep in mind any false statements or lies is a lifetime ban. In the event due to past issues the petitioner had, simply appeal if the decision is not favorable. Good luck

If your case is straightforward, do it yourself. If it's complicated, get a good immigration attorney. Under no circumstances use an "agency" - waste of money.
