Need some help in filling up the form i-134.

Should we put in our son for question #3 (This affidavit is executed for the ff persons) note that my son is a usc by crba.

Question 7: (asks for employment and assets, etc$ does he need to fill up all items? What is cash surrender value?

Question 8 - The followin persons are dependent on me: wholly or partially... Should we put in our son? What does wholly ans partially meant? My fiance doesnt send money on schedule. Only when i ask or when he feels like it.

Question 9 - Question about previosuly submitted affidavit of support. I guess the ds5507 submitted in the crba appliation counts? Need confirmation,

Thanks!!

3. No only you should be listed (Fiancee) as your son is a USC.

7. surrender value on a life insurance policy, this would apply only for whole life type policies. IF your fiance's income is adequate to meet the guidelines that is all that is necessary to be listed, all other lines can be left blank. Then provide the required evidence of income; W-2 more recent tax return ... etc (see instructions for the I-134c)

8. Yes this is where your son should be listed, and he will be living with you both so... wholly dependent (of course)

9. I think they are looking for previous applications (other persons sponsored on a K-1 or such) from the past. Not sure on that. Being your son is listed in item 8 already I think its covered.

salamat. We completed the form. looked up the financial requirements, he is almost 5x above the required level so shouldn't be a problem.

for question 7, the i134 instruction document states all wage information that seems easily frauded. it doesn't list w-2 (unless self employed), paystubs, etc. it asks for written statements. so copies of a few of the most recent paystubs and w-2 are not enough?

Self-employed don't get a W-2 only employees get a W-2 (at tax time) from their employer, also the embassy wants to see the most recent tax return (read embassy instructions letter for details - item n.) And yes a couple recent pay stubs are good.
