I tried to make the online payment today and it says: You cannot make online payments for your case at this time. Please contact the NVC if you have questions or need further information.

Does that mean I can no longer pay online or this is just a glitch in the system? Should I check again later today? Anyone had experienced this?

Don't worry, it'll clear soon. Since you just got your case number assigned on Monday, the message is probably indicative of NVC currently invoicing your AOS bill. Once you're able to log back in, the AOS fee should be there, available to be paid :)

I got exactly the same message. Was also assigned case number Monday.
