k1 visa taking too long after approval

hi,

i have recently gone to the k1 visa interview with my fiancee in which our visa was approved but they said that our passport would be mailed to us at home in anywhere from 2 to 7 weeks. its now been 6weeks and still nothing and everytime i call our email they reply the same thing that it is being processed and wont give me a time frame as to when we will be receiving the passport.

has anyone been through this???????
