Yes, I can. Don't fool me. Sorry, I read lots forum here. Some people come USA with tourist Visa and file form I-130 and 1-485 together. Thanks, anyway. :rofl:

You don't have tourist visa. You have humanitarian parole. You aren't admitted to the US. If you have it all figured out then why bother posting on here and laughing at people when they don't agree with you. Really bad attitude.

As Harpa said, you DID NOT enter on a tourist visa. You said you entered on "advanced parole" which to me, like your K1 "multiple entry" statement, read wrong. You were parole. I don't believe you can AOS from a paroled entry.

SEE AN ATTORNEY. But if you won't listen, fine. Pay the $1,500 and don't be surprised if you're denied and put in removal proceedings. It's your life.

Thanks everyone here. Yes, my I-94 forms are multiple entry which I really did crossed the border 2 times. It's written on my card. Maybe I drove and crossed the small border between Canada.

Yes, I can file form I-130 and I-485 here because when I cross the border, I told them that I will reopen my I-485 within 30 days after I cross the border. Anyway I will file these forms because I will try harder not to separate my family. But I can't say I will get my green card this time. KEEP PRAYING. I was very frustrated so I ask opinion on the internet. Thanks for everyone's advice here and keep smiling. Thanks.
