i am trying to submit my form in about 3 weeks from now but i have a very important question to ask. i am actually on a b1/b2 visa and married to a usc. shes presently on a very low income and i am thinking of using a friend of mine. this friend of mine is also a green card holder (permanent residence) who was granted a residency in 11months ago. he earns about 80k per annum and has only been employed for 11months. so my question is, can i go ahead and use this friend of mine as my 2nd sponsor

my second question is, there is 12yrs gap between myself and my wife, can this be an issue

is there any other advice we can get in support of our application and what sort of documentation do we need to send in

As far as age gap no that won't be a problem. And if your wife does not meat the poverty guideline then yes your friend would be the joint sponsor. Not sure about your friend case if he can apply as the joint sponsor. Best wishes.
