can someone 'translate' this Russian address for me please, and into a format that Russians use? i mean...it was all given to me in one single line, and i don't know which line is supposed to be where, etc. I don't trust myself with google translate, and my fiancee confuses me lol.

i also need to file a change of address for her with NVC/USCIS.

Neither NVC nor USCIS will mail her anything in Russia and you can download any forms you need for the interview. Her address is not so important now

127055 Vadkovsky Lane

OR

Vadkovsky Lane

Moscow Region Tversky 127055

I cannot tell if the numbers are her address or her postal code

127055 Moscow, Tverskoyi District, Vladkovskyi Alley, then (apparently) building number and apartment number

The number in front is a zip-code which they call "index"

Oh ok, so the house number and the apt number were the characters, I get it. The other is the postal code then

as you see, transliterations can vary, which is why the consulate accepts any reasonable spelling

Also the word for "lane" or "alley" could be translated either way
