Ok fiance received the first 221g. We've submitted the requested documents a week later and was told that the petition was sent back to the states and received a 2nd 221g. Now we've gathered the requested documents, where do I send this to now since its back here in the states? Should I send the requested documents since my K1 NOA2 is now expired? Will this have any effect/impact on our case if I file another petition? Do I need to cancel or withdraw the k1 petition?

I am planning on getting married and will be filing for CR1.

You cannot file both a fiance visa and a CR1 at the same time. You are either married, or you are not.

If you go the CR1 route you need to make sure the fiance petition was canceled, or expired.

I have filed for K1 but visa denied under 221. Since the interview took place way past the expiration date, does that mean that the petition is no longer valid? Or do I need to cancel the petition? What about the 221g? If I just cancel the petition, will the 221g have any effects when I do file for CR1?

other people probably can give you a better answer but yes your denial or 221g will affect your cr1 petition. they may ask your wife at the cr1 interview about the 221g and may rerequest the info again. also if you marry and do a cr1 your k1 will be voided and even if they give you a k1 visa (which you probably won't get once they have processed your cr1) you can't use it if you are married. usually if your k1 petition was sent back to US it's usually not good could mean denial but if uscis decide to send it back to embassy then you get another chance.

what exactly does your 221g requesting info on?

anyone correct me if i'm wrong.
