It really depends on how busy your consulate/embassy is. I know some cases get their interview dates the same day their case gets completed (there was one for Iceland I saw like this, for example), and others that take nearly a year (the poor folks in Yemen). Maybe if you go to the regional forum you can get a more accurate Morocco specific answer?

You're almost to the end - keep your head up! I know it's hard waiting (I'm waiting for an interview myself and DYING from impatience) but the process is almost over. good.gif

Timing is probably not good , Casablanca is probably now busy because everyone is filing for tourist visas to come in the summer, parents wanting to visit family etc...ughhh it's always something that makes this process longer!

When NVC complete your case than they send your file to the embassy and sometimes it takes time to do that. so wait at least 6 weeks. hopefully In sha Allah you guys will get your app. time soon :D

All interviews at Casa are issued by the second Friday of the month or approximately the 10th working day. The average for Casa is issuing an interview date is 2 months out. If your case closes out after the second Friday you have to wait until the following month for dates to be issued. Some of the dates here are early in Feb and yet did not get a March date which is an indication that a lot of cases are in line to be issued interview dates. I hope you hear something by this Thursday or Friday on an April date otherwise it is more waiting. In my case for example it was closed out at NVC on 30 or 31 March too late for and April date so I had to wait until after 10 April andw call NVC back to see if I got a May date. We barely got a May date due to the volume of cases awaiting an interview date.

Good luck....

My husband was not denied, he was placed on AP admin processing after the first interview pending review of the case, they kept the entire case and passport and then Approved the visa.AP is very common for MENA countries including Morocco
