It's the first thing I think when I think of lesbians. That and their cobbled-together relationships that never last, not like heterosexual relationships. I mean, just look at VJ! Not a single divorce or pre-marital breakdown.* We should all pat ourselves on the back for being Le Straight.

I'm a double-gay, so that makes me straight again. I got divorced, which made me a lesbian, then I remarried against my new orientation to a MAN (crazy!!!) and then when we split up, the breakdown made me straight again.

It was just a cunning ruse to avoid having to pay $$$$$ for conversion therapy. Summary dissolutions in California are about $400. Much cheaper than going to Marcus Bachmann's camp to rediscover my straight self, and considerably less god-bothering.

Being straight again is AWESOME! I get to wear my heels and skirts again. Those dungarees and clunky shoes were so unflattering.

Oh, she got her money! Thousands every month. I never contested a single cent of what the guidelines they used suggested. That was not nearly enough. Even with those tens of thousands yearly my children were dressed in rags not fit even for work clothes. So I bought them decent clothes as well. They live with me now and have decided themselves, against my urging by the way, to cut off all contact with her. They completely rejected the 'wisdom' of the biased court system that they should be with their mother.

Many judges are idiots! It is a #######-shoot going into family court. Many of them are totally ignorant of child psychology and children's needs. So they just assume that because they know nothing other men must not know either and therefore the mother, any mother, must be the better parent!

Some things can never work perfectly and just because something isn't perfect does not mean there is something better.

I wrote "cobbled together families" not relationships, there is another word for that.

WHen we look at incidents of child abuse, a step-parent is much more likely to molest or harm a child.

That does not mean most step parents abuse children but homes with the Birth mother and actual father have a much lower incident rate.

These same Statistics show Gay couples with children also have a much higher level of abuse and neglect.
