hey, did you see it well? they moved cases to Texas Service Center, which is even slower then CSC, so the transferred workload of others only mean CSC should have more time to do the K1, i would cry if they moved K1 cases to TSC :crying: since they do slower even with only what they have now :( , so technically it is a good new, thank u for the poster (F)

Its useless! K1 petition is not included in this transfer..thanks for the info though

Right. maybe Hershey just misunderstood it. I am really hoping that they will process the petition quicker. :) Good luck to all of us!

Good spot! Hope this puts CSC back into a state of activity soon. Glad to see some DACA stuff being moved, since I believe many of us agree that they were the likely cause of the sudden halt.

I been saying it from the beginning but a lot of people jumped on my case about it

TSC hasn't processed I-129f since April 2011. They only show up on VJ because people put in the wrong service center. Moving DACA files to TSC should free up people at CSC to work on other files like I-129F. So, this should be considered good news, but we have to wait and see what happens.

NOA1 - 8/24/2012

NOA2 - 3/18/2013 Only took 207 days at CSC

That's not the point. If they move stuff out of CSC, it means CSC regains capacity to do the petitions they've been ignoring. It's potentially very good news for K1 filers and others at CSC.

Did not know that, but thank u for your words, cause if TSC still deal with those K1 Visa, then CSC cases people get happier, but TXC cases people would cry! thanks for pointing it out, so we all could be happier not only CSC case people

Oh - this is potentially very good news for us July filers at CSC who appear to be stuck in the system somewhere. Maybe they'll even update the date on the processing time on the USCIS website so we can raise service requests rather than keep being told 'you're in normal processing time'.
