Anyone has experience to share here with Medical Test - Immigrant Visa in Ahmedabad ?

I called 079-60601066 Apollo Hospitals, Nr. Indira Bridge, Dist.: Gandhinagar. They have given me number of Apollo Hospital – City Centre, Ellisbridge and mention that I have to go Ellisbridge Apollo hospital where they do for USA. Apollo hospital Indira Bridge is doing for Canada and other country.

Anyone has experience in Apollo Hospital – City Centre, Ellisbridge ?

Anyone has experience in Apollo Hospital – City Centre, Ellisbridge ?

U need following docs with u when u go to City Center:

1. Appt Letter 2 copies (maximum 3)

2. Passport Photocopy - 2 copies (Maximum 3)

3. Original Passport

4. 3 Photos Indian standard size 35*35 or 35*45 whichever u have that doesn't matter

5. 1 Black Pen

Reach by 8:00 AM, they will ask u to fill 2 forms..fill in the details.

They direct u to do X-Ray which is in ground floor

Then give blood for Blood test which is also in ground floor

Then go up stairs 1st floor for Eye test which barely lasts 2-5 mins

Then there u will have to fill form with Black pen they will explain how to fill.

Then direct u to see Doctor....Doctor will ask u abt ur Medical History and vaccines record..then ask u to pay fees and get vaccines done.

After Vaccines u submit ur file to helpdesk, collect ur report at abt 4:00 PM evennig.

Thats it.

Do we need to carry X-Ray during interview in Mumbai Consulate ? I know we need to take medical sealed cover given my Apollo hospital.

Do we need to carry X-Ray After you get visa to USA to give POE ?

No need to carry X-Ray at Interview..Only Sealed Medical report is what u need to submit.

However u must carry it when u travel to US at ur POE...

I just check with my father and relative who took him Apollo City hospital for medical test. Apollo give them big seal cover which looks has X-Ray and it may have inside medical cover. I thought they give separate X-Ray and sealed envelope. So sealed envelope can be taken during interview. X-Ray can be kept home during interview and take when enter in POE.

Anyone knows.. can we open big cover and see sealed envelope there and just take sealed envelope during inteview.

I thought they give separate X-Ray and sealed envelope. So sealed envelope can be taken during interview. X-Ray can be kept home during interview and take when enter in POE.

I called Apollo hostpital and confirmed. They have given big bag which has inside three things 1> Sealed medical cover 2> Sealed X-Ray 3> Immunization card

My father took only sealed Medical cover in interview today in Mumbai consulate.
