Hello!

Just got a text from 2go today, our visa is on the way. Hopefully tomorrow or the next day i will have it in hand, then i can go to cfo for counselling and seminar. So I'm starting to gather info about cfo in cebu, I'm not familiar with the place. I read some blog that there will be 2 places to visit for counselling/seminar and registering? Is anybody here knows the address? and where to go first?

I am a k1 with derrived k2, i read from their site that i dont have to bring my son with me since hes just 9 years old but i'm not pretty sure about the requirements to bring for my son? aside from bc, passport, school id, pphotocopy of visa? is anybody here experienced going to cfo under k1 k2 visa? Thanks for your help.....i will really appreciate it...God Bless!!!

Hello, Even though we dont have my wifes Visa yet, she went to her CFO seminar this morning, she is still there and its 5:55pm. At 7:30 My wife called and said they wanted her postal ID in addition to the NIB clearance and TIN and NSO birth Cert she brought. They also wanted an NSO marriage Cert. We were married in the USA. I went there and presented to them what they already had, an Original Colorado Marriage Cert, aAppostille Cert issued by Colorado Secretary of state and the Original Report of Marriage Contracted Abroad with the Embassy in San Francisco's seal and original PHILIPPINE CONSULAR SIGNATURE on it! At noon she came home asking for copies of my prior two divorces! IS THIS A SEMINAR OR AN ITERROGATION? WHY ARE MY DOCUMENTS UNDER REVIEW? This is just another Philippine Government Scam to take peoples money, like the tourist Tax to leave, like the mound of documents a jobless person needs to get a job, as if they have money when they are jobless, they could at least put the agencies who issue all this ####### in one location like THECAPITAL COMPLEX? The gaurd at the CFO office that lady, wouldnt even talk to me, then when she did she said I wasnt allowed in the waiting room. What a complete nightmare this country is, there is complete ignorance at every corner, extortion around every bend and a ditch on the other side of every hill. Be prepared, this is everything but a "SEMINAR". Seminars dont include one on one interrogations, This should require on piece of ID and your Visa or the appointment letter, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO NEED TO REQUIRE ALL THIS OTHER STUFF< LET ALONE MY DIVORCE PAPER. Are they too stupid to realize you cannot get an immigrant Visa interview until the US Government National Visa Center has already pre-processed everything? You cannot get a VISA INTERVIEW WITHOUT THE PETITIONER PRESENTING THIS INFORMATION. THEY NEED TO CHANGE THE SLOGAN:

ITS NOT MORE FUN IN THEPHILIPPINES, ITS A COMPLETE HEADACHE!!!!
