Need DS5507 help for tomorrows appointment with embassy

So I am preparing for my appointment with the embassy tomorrow to report birth abroad for my daughter. All seems straightforward EXCEPT:

The DS5507 wants me to list EVERY Single date that I have been present in the US or somewhere overseas.

Background: I was born in the US, I have lived in the US my whole life. BUT, I travel a lot for work and vacation.

I have literally been outside the US 150 times, including as far back as when I was 5 years old.

When overseas I have driven around europe and africa. I can't for the life of me possible remember all of these dates.

And ####### do they care? If you apply for a Top Secret security clearance they only ask you for the last 7 years.

Does anyone have any advice on what to do? I simply don't know the dates.

well what i did with my husband's information was that i just place whatever he can remember. it doesnt have to be everything. they are basically concerned if you are indeed a legit US citizen. just place there the recent ones.. tell
