Trend graph includes previous months so that you can get an idea, and volume shows month of JAN only. It starts counting the day your Local office receives your file. For example, my case was transferred on JAN 9, and Local office said they are currently processing NOV/DEC cases so obviously they mean to say that the cases they have received in NOV/DEC and not the actual PD.

Yes you are right, they are unpredictable. You can take an infopass and visit your local office, try to find out what they are up to. You can ask for supervisor. You never know they may approve.

Does anyone know which month is currently being processed at Atlanta field office for I-130? It received my NOA 1 on November 19, 2012 at NBC. I didn't hear anything back from them so I called and spoke to officer who told me that my file was transferred to Atlanta in January 2013. As of yet I am still waiting on good news. Does anyone know which dates are they processing at Atlanta? Please help!!!!

If 3500 was a alot for these guys to get through then I might be in trouble. Recieved NOA1 Feb. 22nd and been a little over 5 months so far. Looking at that graph it shows Dallas has almost 10,000 to get through with approving about a 1000 a month. Man I really hope it doesnt take this long.
