Hi everyone,

I finally received the hardcopy notice of my case number. Invoice Identification Number and Beneficiary Identification Number with personal information listed as well. To my horror, it came to me UNSEALED!!!! In fact the flap was ripped too!

It gave me a panic attack and now I dont know if I should call into NVC to complain or at least notify them about this. I'm really glad I'm able to do the EP route and not have to worry about receiving more letters that could possibly be unsealed.

Has anyone else received their letter unsealed?!
