i got file the i-751 removal of conditions on her 2 year green card the problem is i do not got no taxes form the reason for that i get ssi and social security disability benefits a month and no bank statement the reason is i open 2 bank accounts 4 year ago after u close bank accounts here u cant open a new one only proof i got is a satellite bill and a phone bill with our name on it and pictures and Christmas cards and holiday cards and 3 affidavits from friends and how much page do i need to send with the i-751 removal of conditions and can i Write a reason why i dont got bank accounts and no taxes form please i need help thank u...

Didn't you receive a 1099? You will also need to do the form that shows your income is not taxable. I got an RFE for almost the same reason, I completed the form in the link and returned it to USCIS, they already had a statement from SSI as to my income and after getting the form showing I don't pay taxes all was fine.

a copy of a tax return is not a requirement for ROC. it's only beneficial when it's a joint return. check the VJ Guide and submit as much joint evidence as possible.

My opps, wasn't thinking about needing a joint tax return or such for proof or "togetherness"... sorry.

Do you rent or own? Is your wife's name on the lease/deed? Title to an automobile?

no we live with my dad all proof i got is a 10 satellite bill and 10 phone bill with our name on it and 20 pictures and Christmas cards and holiday cards and 3 affidavits from friends
