Hey everyone!

Brief presentation about the benificiary: from china, native chinese, had been worked several years in Venezuela but only unders TR-N visa (business, visa, renewed per year),no Venezuela identification as a resident, currently in Venezuela.

So now the benificiary will go to the USA Embassy in Venezuela.

 confused point is: is that ok with the validated BIRTH CERTIFICATE, POLICE RECORD, UNMARRIED CERTIFICATION from chinese district notary for Venezuela USA embassy?

my personal point is :should be ok, course the benificiary born and grow in china, how could a Venezuela government can validated a person did not born neither grow here?

but i'm not still hesitate so much about it, i'll apriciate more people's idea.

Thank u everyone

The thing is as follows: The apostille "certifies" documents one country issues to be valid in other country. Meaning, that documents should be apostilled in China in the case China is part of La Haya Convention. I googled it and it seems China is not. (please double check). If that is the case, it is not a problem. You should follow the standard procedure for legalization of documents to be file abroad. Best thing to do is pay a visit to Chinesse Embassy in Caracas because they know how to deal with it. Some times the Embassy as an authority of the original country (in this case China) can legalize the documents. But again, I do know the Embassy requires birth certifies apostilled. For the other documents you mention, you need to review the instruction letter they will send you with the interview date. Also, there is a copy of that letter in this porta, under Consulate information or something. Let me know if you find it because I should have it somewhere.
