Who is the beneficiary? Well, you should try to remain calm and let her calm before trying to do something. You cannot force her to go, remember that all this procedures need to be done by will. I don't know how hiring an attorney can help you. Maybe you should call the USCIS toll line and ask for a rescheduale of your interview so you can have a lil more of time to work things out with her

I received an interview date and my wife and I had a huge fight now she say she wont go to the the interview what can i do? Will an attorney help? Pleasw any suggestions

Assuming you are the immigrant you can 1) get her to calm down and go to the interview with you, or 2) go to the interviw by yourself and have a completed waiver filled out and explain that the relationship has hit a snag and the two of you may be filing for divorce. You may want to reschedule to give the two of you more time to sort all of this out. It is too bad people hold other people's lives hostage when the relationship goes bad.

I wish you well,

Dave

Will an attorney help?

No an attorney can do nothing for you but steal your money. In this situation the only person that can help you at your AOS interview is your Spouse. Talk to her, say sorry. Buy her flowers. Fix the problem that caused the blow up and get back on track.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Thanks i have been trying to fix things, the crazy thing is i am not the one that is wrong. She is been spiteful

Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and take one for the team, even if you aren't wrong and you know your not.

There is no waiver for adjustment of status. Assuming you came here to be with your wife, is she doesn't want to be with you anymore and will not go to interview, your AOS will be denied. Only choice then will be to leave.
