Hi im here looking to find some answears , i have been married since 12/31/2010 we filed for AOS and it was granted in 08/02/2012 with the conditional GC wich expires in 08/02/2014 how long or when can i file for citizenship?

If you stay married to your current spouse, you are eligible to become a citizen 08/02/2015

If you don't stay married, you are eligible to become a citizen 08/02/2017

You may send your application forms in 90 days before your eligibility date. But even if things went super fast you still would have to be past the eligibility date before you could take the oath and become a citizen. And we know USCIS rarely goes super fast, so it will be a few months past those dates.
