Our cosponsor files three different kinds of taxes, apparently.

She has her personal taxes, and company taxes. She owns two companies.

Which ones do we need?

Edit : Since her and her husband file jointly, he will need to sign as well, right?

Her personal taxes. Since she is self-employed, she should send a complete copy of her taxes including all forms(1040, schedule c, etc.) plus any W-2s and 1099s. Her husband won't sign anything. The I-134 is only for a single sponsor. She will list her individual income on the form and her 1099s and tax forms will show her individual income. She must qualify on her own for her own household size plus the foreign fiance(e). Her husband's income will not be combined with hers on the I-134.
