Sit down and discuss with her your concerns. I know the first year is very stressful, especially when you feel you don't have any control over your own life (you can't work, you can't do anything until you adjust your status). I think it is a very vulnerable time and likely you doubt her intentions. The best thing is to discuss with her your feelings without attacking. She might also feel vulnerable and doubt your intentions. You can both get through this part. It is a big adjustment on both sides to be in this new situation. Just persevere and keep your faith in each other. Good luck!

where is the OP with more info>>>

why do people start a threat to ask for advice, and then never follow up.??

Usually there are two reasons.

They do not like the answers they get

They are a Troll

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

This is odd to me... I love the Nigerian culture, the peopl not the government lol any way ... I love their strong marital bonds and the fact that they dont divorce especially just becuz sumone changed... This is suspicious... U didnt come here for a lifetime of marriage u came here for a lifetime of you in the US... And this is the kind of thing that gives Nigeria a bad name! Which i hate becuz not all Nigerians are just trying to get to the US most r very good people and love the person they met from here genuinly.. This is frustrating ... If your being abused or the situation is very very bad... (Could b the case) americans r scammers too (some) n maybe shes a crack addict that was desperate for a new baby daddy (possible) then i suggest u sit back n do wat u gotta do to stay in the US and wait it out or go back home to family and meet a loving more suitable mate... May God b with u both cuz sumbody lied wen this relationship started... :(
