You can apply got crba after delivery. So the baby will be a US Citizen, if you're able to meet their requirements. .That is if the child Is really yours, and get ready to prove that. If not, and you still want to go on, you can file for k2.

The information here has been a great deal of help . Thank you to all that have provided such help . I will take every bit of advise given and prepare our defense if needed . My faith is in God and that He will provide the help and wisdom needed in our situation . I am truly blessed to have found such a site for help for surely without it we would be lost .
