Administrative Review for a revoked application

Hi Guys, I'm concern about our application which was under Administrative Review for having a "REVOKED APPLICATION" for a company named PNR Management, my mom was asked in the interview "what is PNR Management?" My mom replied, Sir, we don't know anything about PNR Management(Our attorney is the one sending documents to the embassy thats why my mom couldn't answer the question) We were asked 3 by different consuls 1 is a Filipina and 1 is an American. We were under Anti-Fraud and we are asked to draw our address from manila to our home, my mom was so worried and she was interrogated by a Filipino officer for 2 hrs, they said they need to review our application. Until now, our visa has not yet been released. Interview date: Dec. 26, 2012. We submitted the NCLEX certificate on Jan. 30 so the docs our now completed. We have been waiting for 2 months now. And still our case is under administrative review but our passports are still in the embassy. Guys please help me, I'm just a college student and I'm concern about my mom.

I'm confused. Who is applying for a visa? What type of visa is it?

Who is PNR Management? What do they have to do with the case?

My mom is the one applying for visa. I think its k-2? Its a spouse,me and 2 minors. And I was given a form for the military that when I arrived in the US, I should immediately email it to the post office.

PNR Management is an accounting firm which manage the accounts on Sela Health Care which the attorney applied for a working certificate for my mom.

My mom didn't applied for a working visa on PNR Management, my mom applied for a working visa named Sela Health Care which the one distributing the salaries is PNR Management.

When we were in the embassy, we have no idea about PNR Management even the attorney didn't give us any information about it we only knew sela health care. The attorney told us about the PNR Management when we asked them after the interview.
