She can move to Egypt. That's the other option. You can find a job and live happily ever after....

There is no need to yell. We all understand your circumstances. The problem for you (and indeed others in your situation) is that immigration or sponsoring an immigrant is a privilege, not a right. The petitioner has to be able to give the government reasonable assurance that the immigrant will not end up on public assistance. Your wife has not been able to give them reasonable assurance, and unfortunately neither have your co-sponsors. Your wife needs to look for someone else to co-sponsor or go back to work, if she is physically able of course.

After the recession many, many people have either postponed retirement or come back to work to make ends meet. She certainly wouldn't be the only one.

If not, then I guess she can just wait until her kids go to college then run off into the Egyptian sunset.

"If you’re brave enough to say goodbye, life will reward you with a new hello."

Everyone has to make sacrifices in international relationships.

Either have your wife move to Egypt (she doesn't have a job anyhow) or

Have your wife work alot to make 19,000 a year or

Find someone to agree to be financially responsible for you for the rest of your life that makes enough to sponsor you

How long has it been since the interview?

How much older is she then you?

my wife get 13.000 $ at year , and i/864 says be 19.000 $ . and then we got some one have a Property and its Estimated at 300.000 $ but he is not work , and then we got 3 of persons and those are have a work but income not as i /864 says , am pray to find anyone good kind person can help us , thank u

Ok I have a question..? Does the I-864 say that there is a income that it has to meet? I was told that all a co-sponsor had to do was show that they could take care of the beneficiary and themselves. If there is a income limit what is it? As for the bank statement this same person who works with family reunification {immigration specialist}, told me that a 100$ minimum was good to show in the bank. Was she wrong?

WOW are you serious. They should be fired. Go read about the I-1864P same guidelines as the I-134.

Sounds like she needs a lot more than the amount for just two people - kids have to be included as well.

Sorry, I did not get his post seeing she had kids.

How many kids does she have? She has to make enough to support you, herself and her kids.

Check with your Mosque. Have her check with the Mosque near where she lives. See if thy can recommend anything.

I wish you luck

Routine papers??? Are you kidding??? There's nothing routine about being financially obligated to someone for 10 years. I have to be honest, even when it's your spouse it's a HUGE committment. You will never find a stranger to agree to such a thing. She better get prepared to move to Egypt or get a better job. That's about your only options.

How exactly were you planning to survive when you got over here? There is a reason why they enforce this requirement, it's because immigrants who come here should be financially responsible or have a responsible family member. If they wanted for that provision to be circumvented by asking strangers to co-sponsor, they probably would not have included it at all.
