Which document versions? Spanish or English

WE filled out two versions of gov't documents. Spanish version and the English version. But which one do we submit? For example, the ds-230 has a spanish version and an english version. Which one shall we submit on our interview day?

I know its a tough question.

I don't know where you got a Spanish version of the DS-230 (BELIEVE me I looked for it), but I sent in the English version and I would recommend that you send in the English version. I was told that there was no Spanish version. I am a CR-1, so I don't know too much about the K-1. For us, we had to submit the DS-230 at the NVC stage before the interview. They are suppose to be Bi-lingual at the Embassy. Since you have all ready filled out both, there is no harm in bringing both with you and just ask them which one they prefer.

I would agree that you should use the english version. The Spanish versions are new, and I'm pretty confident in saying that there is a GOOD possibility that it could slow down your case because it is new. Also this sequestering thing can not be good for anything new in Govt. right now. Good luck with your K1.
