I recieved a letter for each of us (me and the kids) saying they transfered the case to California for faster processing. Does the biometrics come after the transfer because according to the other timelines they did biometrics before the transfer. Whatever this all means we are going faster right? Also how did you recieve ther appt for biometrics vis snail mail or email? Thanks

Yes, I got my biometrics letter via snail mail before the notice of transfer. In fact, I am pretty sure I had the appointment all done before thetransfer. Good luck!

Hi- I also got my notice for biometrics before the transfer to CSC, but the appointment itself was after the transfer, so it probably doesn't really mean anything. It's a good thing to be transferred so keep your fingers crossed!! You'll get an appt soon :)

i got mine transferred BEFORE my biometrics appt.

SENKA,

they notify u by snail mail and if you've registered on their website (online case status) and checked to receive notifications from them, then yes they will notify u thru d email you provided them.

Aug 25 06 - NOA for AOS & EAD

Aug 30 06 - Received mail for Biometrics Appointment

Sept 6 06 - AOS Transferred to CSC

Sept 9 06 - Biometrics Appointment

Nov 03 06 - EAD APPROVED!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOT!
