Hey guys! I need a little help here, we are about to send in our application for AOS and I want to double check on these. Can someone please check our cover letter if we missed anything.

I am currently in the United States under a valid K1 Visa Status. The place of my port of entry to the United States last ____ was in _____. My husband, ____, and I, ______ , are filing an I-485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE concurrently filing I-765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION.

Enclosed please find Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Form I-864 Affidavit of Support, Form I-131 Application for Travel Document, Form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization and all supporting documents.

My eligibility is based on admission as the fiancé of a U.S. citizen and subsequent marriage to that citizen within 90 days of entry.

• Check: Payment in the amount of $1070 (Biometrics fee included)

• Copy of Form I-797 Notice of Action (Receipt Notice) and Form I-797C Notice of Action (Approval Notice)

• Copy of form I-94 (front and back)

• Copy of Marriage Certificate

• Medical form I-693A

• Medical Vaccination Form 3025

• Sealed envelope from Civil Surgeon

• Form G-325A, Biographic Information Sheet

• Two (2) passport size pictures with name and Alien Receipt # printed at the back

I-864 Affidavit of Support

• Federal income tax return, including W-2’s for the years 2010, 2011 and 2012

• Statement of Service and Member Data Summary

• Copy of Naturalization and Change of name

• Copy of most recent pay stubs

• Copy of passport page

I-131 Application for Travel Document

• Copy of passport with nonimmigrant visa

• Copy of Form I-797C Notice of Action (Approval Notice)

• Explanation for Eligibility on a separate sheet

• Copy of form I-94 (front and back)

• Two (2) passport size pictures

I-765 Application for Employment Document

• Copy of passport with nonimmigrant visa

• Copy of form I-94 (front and back)

• Two (2) passport size pictures

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I may be requested to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer if requested.

Follow up question:

What are the original documents that we need to submit?

I think Marriage license and 1040, what else?

03/26/2013 - I-765 Rejection Notice (signature missing)

03/30/2013 - I-765 sent

04/02/2013 - Received Biometrics letter for AOS - Appointment 04/26/2013

04/16/2013 - I-765 NOA

04/17/2013 - Received Biometrics letter for I-765 - Appointment 05/10/2013

04/26/2013 - Biometrics done in Hagatna, Guam

05/15/2013 - Got letter in the mail we have out interview date!

06/15/2013 - AOS Interview

06/7/2013 - Got my Advance Parole in the mail

06/17/2013 - GC approved!

06/26/2013 - Received GC in the mai!

ROC Timeline:

5/21/2015 - ROC packet sent

5/26/2015 - Extension Letter

8/4/2015 - Biometrics Appointment Letter received in the Mail (8/14)

What are the original documents that we need to submit? <-- You send in NO originals. Send copies of everything. If you should happen to get an interview, then bring the originals for the important documents.

for the form G-325A should my husband/petitioner fill out this form too?
