What packet gets mailed to my fiancee?

I know I read somewhere about a packet getting mailed to the fiancee in the other country but I tried searching and cannot find it. It is not listed in the K1 visa guide.

I wanted to find a copy of it to look at ahead of time, also where she lives there is no such thing as mail so nothing will get mailed to her anyway. I will have to get the forms and send it Fed-Ex.

I'm assuming the packet would be all the informatin she needs regarding the medical, vaccines, etc...
