i was at the same boat but what i can help you now u just have to keeps trying calling uscis and ask about your process .....keeps trying to c talking with officer because the customer services the not know nothing so now u just have to say i want to talk to the officer 3 times till they can convert u to him

There is a law that says you can take them to court it is called a mandamus action which states that a government agency must do their job in the timeframe allocated. If they dont you can take them to court and force them to explain why they are not performing their job in fron of a judge. This of course has its pros and cons and should only be used as a last resort.
