Is it just me,...or has the USCIS California Service Center just stoped working or gone to Sleep!! Damn, they are slow!!! I guess my lady should have been in Jail here in the states. She would have just been released, because of lack of funding to keep her!!)))))))

I think CSC is still celebrating christmas!!

I've decided that weekends are not the time to dwell on this. If it's possible...even less is done on Saturday and Sunday then Monday to Friday.

Agree. innocent.gif

Is there a way to address this CSC incompetance, I hope people of the United States will know that this department SUCKS!!!

Sadly, a lot of the people in the US do not want people emigrating to the US, so, as far as they know, the USCIS are doing their job by running slowly. Maybe it's their policy that the majority of applicants will simply give up. Mission accomplished.

It seems that NOA2's out of CSC have almost stopped form what i have seen in other threads. Lets hope they figure it out soon for anyone waiting on CSC. Processing delays seem to bounce back and forth between CSC and VSC. If you do a search you will see that the same thing happened in vermont, then they started to get moving agian. Best of luck to everyone still waiting.

CSC has been flooded with dream act petitions which is why they are not processing fiance visas. Until They started accepting those petitions last august CSC was setting records with fiance visa petitions. We are all getting the ####### end of the stick with dream act petitions taking priority. There are a lot of forums for those filers online just Google it and you will see how fast their approvals are going through.

At the moment CSC is approving about 350 Visa a month according to USCIS very out of date data. If they get around 1500 petitions in a month it will take approximately 5 months to process one month, so with such a high rate of approvals and given they are still on July 2012 they should be finished July 2012 by about August 2013, they will probably have finished August 2012 by January 2014 and March 2013 petitions somewhere in 2016 unless things slow down and it could add a few more years on to the time.

I'm in the same boat as you. I guess I am just amazed at how slow they are letting this one processes get, to the benefit of a non-citizen, non-tax paying minority.

Apparently they started accepting Dream act applications on 15th August 2012. I guess we are all caught up in that backlog :(

240 days here.

Did everything I could think of. Congressman said Was going to get an rfe. So far no news after 2 weeks. I think emailing NPR ( national public radio ) if they get enough people maybe they would talk about it would trigger more reaction / pressure from USCIS. At least going to try.
