My NOA1 was dated Oct. 22, 2012. It's been 140 days and my receipt number still isn't on the system. I cannot get any updates online and when I call the automated system, it says the same thing. :0/

Is anyone else having the same issue? I've spoken to the uscis and they have assured me that my app is in process...but never offer anything other than that!!

Please share your thoughts!

It's probably an oversight... If you have a receipt number and they know about it when you call, it's probably fine. Make sure you're entering your number correctly, too - it should include all the letters at the start, not just the numbers.

* I-130/CR-1 visa by Direct Consular Filing in London
3rd May 2013 - Married in London

7th May 2013 - I-130 filed
4th June 2013 - NOA2 (approved)
16th July 2013 - Interview (approved)
30th July 2013 - POE San Francisco
29th August 2013 - 2 year green card arrived

* Naturalisation (Citizenship) via Phoenix Lockbox

* San Francisco Field Office:
1st May 2016 - N-400 window opened
20th August 2016 - N-400 filed

26th August 2016 - NOA1
13th September 2016 - Biometrics

12th January 2017 - Biometrics (again)
30th May 2017 - Interview (approved)
7th June 2017 - Oath

Even when I speak to someone live, they confirm the number isn't appearing in the system. They too said its in process, not to worry. Yet I would have expected the issue to be fixed by now. I'd like to be able to see what stage my application is in by simply clicking an icon.

I hate calling and waiting 1/2 an hour to hear them tell me the same thing each time :0/
