hi everyone! I would just like to ask if there would be a problem if it has been 2 years since last time we saw each other in person? scenario is: he went here in the Philippines for a visit last Feb of 2011...we filed our K1 petition Oct. 2012....and now waiting for the NOA2....

i dont think soo were alsmot a year that we havent see each other, I think it will just be before the filing, there would be no problems for that my fiance was very busy and cant have another vacation were just hoping for noa2 soon so that we can start the next step..

meeting in two years will just be required before filing after that no problem at all as long as the relationship is okay and bonafide there would be no praoblem at all

OH MARY CONCEIVED WITHOUT SIN, PLS PRAY FOR US WHO HAVE RECOURSE TO thee

You files before the two year deadline so you are ok on minimum requirements for the petition.

That being said, the more time spent together the better to get the visa approved.
