on my truck, one time it took me a year to put 3000 miles on it :P

You need to get out more often :P

i try not to drive it much, i got it primarily for when it snows. that and the gas milage on it sucks, so i drive the car usually to go to work.

I put at least 1,000 a month on my car. I guess there's really nowhere to go in Kansas. :P

since i've been back from germany in spring 02, i've driven about 50k on the car and 20k on the truck, so i do go places :P

Nope, I haven't notice a new format either. So I guess you are on your own on that one, Noura!

Reminds me . . . I need to change my oil too! The date on my sticker is about 3 months gone . . . but I put that down to . . . working out of town or working from home!! LOL, I have not driven out to the office in 3 weeks since my latest client is located in Colorado and they wont pay for travel (boo!!! one trip might have been fun to pick up the free beer everyone says to bring them, hehe) so I get to do it all remotely (yeah!!!).

Soooooooooo, when someone gets in my car and notices it is 5 years old and the mileage is less than 50,000 miles . . . they are like, WOW, don't you every go anywhere??? hehehe, I take road trips a few times a year but I get to skip the daily commute lots of times (hey, several weeks a year out of town using a rental car does save on your own car).

Update coming today . . . stay tuned.

It's been 12 days since my fiance's interview and 7 days since he finally gave them the rest of the things that they wanted. They told him he will get the call in 1-2 weeks. Everytime the phone rings, I get all excited because it may be 'the call'. I want him here for Thanksgiving. This whole process is about waiting, then getting exicted about each step along the way-waiting for the NOA1, more waiting, RFE, more waiting, NOA2, more waiting, NVC, more waiting, Packet 3, more waiting, Interview, more waiting. And of course, that is only the first part of this process-we get to start it all again when he does eventually get here. Not that I have to reiterate this for all of you. We're all in the same boat.

Waiting for this call seems to be the hardest part so far. We are so close to being together again, but knowing how unpredictable Casa is, 'close' could be anywhere from a week to months. :clock:

I try to keep myself busy so I don't think about it. When I do think about it, it just drives me crazy!

I need to find a place to go scream here at work. I think the only option available is to go to my car. :girlwerewolf2xn::ranting:

My cousin is moving to Kansas City. But I think in MO. What's up with that anyway?

I know exactly what you're talking about. The two weeks (yes I know it was quick) of AP were the hardest. But it is so amazing when you finally get that call from him and he tells you he has good news!

ask him, he's the one moving :P

btw, kc is split by a river, if you're on the eastern side you're in missouri, on the western side you're in kansas
