Hi, guys!

I'm a little worried, because USCIS received my package on February 1st, and I did not receive my appointment for biometrics, The biometric for my daughter was OK on March 5, she waited about 2 hours in the ASC but the procedure was only around 5 minutes.

I called USCIS, they told me that I need wait about 15 days, during that time, maybe they call me and they'll explain what happend with my case, but today I receive a letter and it says:" A review of USCIS records indicate that at this time there is no appointment scheduled for you to go to one of our ASC for processing associated with this case. USCIS will contact you if updated biometric info or any other additional info is needed to process your petition."

Can someone tell me something about it? Can I get a RFE?

You won't get an RFE. And I never have heard of them not wanting the Biometrics because you are required to pay the $85 fee per person with the I-751. Wait the two to four weeks. If you have not received an appointment letter, make an Infopass appointment.

Good luck.

The only time you won't get a bio is is you have completed one in the past as I recall, 15 months, like a I-90 or similar action. All systems have been a little slow.

Hi guys,

Thanks for your response.

I paid the biometric fee $85, included with my I-751 fee.

Well, I understand that all applicants needs to take new fingerprints at ASC.

I'm waiting 15 days and call to USCIS again.

OK, so maybe I won't worry quite as much. I haven't received my bio letter either (my package was received 02.27) BUT they also haven't cashed my check yet.

I just logged on to have a look at the February filers before I call them. I'm still gonna give them a call.

I called USCIS yesterday and they said that I need to wait around 1 month more for any notice.

You need wait until they cash your check, then they must send your extension letter and a week or two your biometric letter.
