congratz on the approval again what did it turn out to be for? the rfe

1) We overlooked sending an affidavit attesting the Beneficiary's intent to marry (me) the Petitioner within 90 days after entering the US (Seen that one coming, so I had sorted that out already)

2) A recent Passport Style Photograph of me (the Petitioner) DONE

Pretty straight forward and now praying for a speedy NOA2... :)

Good luck!

Cheers for that! I hope you get some great news soon yourself! The feeling of delay is gut-wrenching; I know...

I think there'll be movement by next month for CSC . By then, July filers will turn 9 months. (their goal says 7.9 months so they better get their butts movin!) Of course Im hoping we will all get our NOA2s sooner than that.

...September 12 filer here.

I wonder what that means for those of us who are now past a year of waiting. I guess we just keep on waiting.

My goodness! I would suggest contacting a Lawyer that's affiliated with the AILA...

What I meant was that all CSC July filers will turn 9 months by April and the National Average is 8 months. I'm hoping there will be movement by then (even this month of March) coz it's already beyond the 8 months National Average. I would be left wondering what reason they (USCIS) will give this time if ever there's still no movement.
