I need to know when you called in to check on the status of the AOS, what did the rep tell you?

I just called NVC and asked if the AOS has been reviewed and the rep said everything is fine. Then I asked if she can confirm for me, just so that I am clear, that the AOS has been accepted. She replies, If there was a problem, you would have gotten a checklist or an RFE. Then when I asked her the date it was reviewed, she asked if I can hear her, I said yes, and then she says that it was reviewed and accepted.

I think I must have gotten a grumpy rep!!!

Not all Reps know whats up. Call and get a rep who will tell you what you want to know. I got accepted date and even the time of day. Same with IV Bill and even the Interview and when they sent the email.

The case number has been assiged yesterday, and they also provided the IIN, When I checked to pay the AOS fee online, it shows: Payment Status not invoiced. ANd the $88 fee is not showing up yet. How long you think it takes? THanks

It's would takes 3 -7 bussiness day . I believe you will see its show paid within 4 bussiness day

you said she mentioned it was reviewed and accepted so that is good enough. You could always double check another time/day for confirmation.

Mine on same day they entered it in system, was able to pay fee right away.
