Hello Everyone,

I will be filling my removal of conditions this coming July 21,2013. I need an advice about the Evidence that I have to send to the USCIS. The Following is the Evidence that I can provide:

1. Joint Lease for 2 years

2. Joint of filling tax from 2012 and 2013

3. Birth Certificate of our Daughter-She died though:(

4. Life Beneficiaries

5. Pictures with the family

6. Letters from friends and family

I have no clue what else to be submitted. My problem now we don't have a joint account. We have one before but we end up moving to austin from dallas plus my husband lost his job. Please any advise would be appreciated. Thank you so much!

Sincerly,

Nicolle

Sorry, it has been many years since I've gone through the process so my comments would not be relevant. Someone will be along to help out, though. You have to give it some time.... weekends are pretty slow on VJ. You can take a look through this forum, though, for the information. :)

If you have a car you could use the title if it's in both names. Also you could get your utility bills in both names or get some in each of your names showing the same address. Maybe even other mail sent to you in both of your names or using the same address. Sorry about your daughter. Good luck

Topic has been moved to Removal of Conditions forum. Audrynicolle, you might want to update your profile from AOS (pending) to Removal of Conditions (pending). You should get some good suggestions from people now that your post is in the correct forum  .

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Read what is required here on VJ and USCIS. There have been numerous postings on what is needed. You seem a little short with 6 items. Include, auto/ home insurance, memberships like AAA Costco, Medical, personal affidavits (3). See the interview with the Director posted by Gary and Alla. They are looking for a combined life information, after two years you should have plenty of stuff, think outside the box.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

My condolences on your daughter. (F)

I highly recommend, if you have State ID's/Drivers License send a copy of those, my husband didn't have one when we filed last year and when we got an RFE January I made sure we got one to send, they specifically asked for it in the RFE.

Any kind of bill that shows you live at the same address is helpful, even if it's something small like a magazine sub, Netflix, cellphone.

If you do have any W-2's send a copy with your tax transcripts. They asked for those in our RFE, even though I only had one.

You could get some affidavits from your family/friends and get them notarized. That is not required but can be helpful if you don't have a whole lot of evidence.

Be creative and don't sweat it too much! You have a good start but I'd still try to add more. :)

Thanks for all you're condolences. I have my little angel watching me over. We have a joint account way back in Dallas but we closed the account since my husband lost his job. I think we will open another joint account just to be in the safe place. Thank y'all.
