Can i blocked the figures on our bank statements? Can i just leave the last 4 digits on our credit cards. I want to blocked the 12 digits to be safe, is this ok?

I did block out mine but left out the last 4 digits of the account number. As for the figures, I blocked out the balances but left the amount for each transaction but towards the end, I didn't care anymore and just left it all out.

I personally would worry more about theft of my information electronically more than USCIS. You don't think the government has access to your social etc?

i was thinking the same thing...the government has access to all our files--public and private--so why spend the effort to try to be secret
