Hello,

I am one of you waiting disparately to hear back from USCIS CSC. My NOA1 date is October 22, 2012. I don’t know how long more I have to hang here.

I saw, lots of people in this forum taking about FB / Skype chat log history but I did not submit the chat log while I filed the petition. Do you think it will worth to send the FB chat log now?

Any suggestion will be appreciate.

If they don't request more evidence from you, then I wouldn't send them anything at this stage. if you want to use Skype chat logs, you could print them up and have them available for the embassy interview, but without an RFE, you likely won't need to send anything else into USCIS. With an October date and going through California, I'd guesstimate that your NOA2 may be a few months away. Waiting sucks, but be patient, your time will come.

I'm not sure a lot of people truly understand, that the process taking longer has nothing to do with what information they may have or may not have. Your case is sitting somewhere with a group of cases waiting to be looked at. Sending in information more than was asked for after you file isn't going to do anything to speed you along, no matter how much we want it to. When the time comes, they will look over your file and they will either approve or request more evidence. If they approve you get your NOA2, if they need more evidence, they will tell you what you need to send, and then it will be up to you to get it to them, then they can approve the case and things will move on.

February 11, 2013 - Bank shows check cashed today May 15, 2014 - Interview Schedule Letter (received May 17, 2014) October 6, 2016 - Card Arrived

February 11, 2013 - E-Mail Notification of Case Acceptance and June 5, 2014 - Interview Scheduled at Local office 8:15 a.m.

Case Number (Routed to California Service Center) June 11, 2014 - USCIS Status updated to show Greencard in the mail

February 12, 2013 - E Mail Notification of Alien Registration Number Change w/USPS tracking showing it scheduled to arrive

The worst thing is the sitting in the dark. Try and not stress over it and find patience if you can. Everything is taking forever at the moment. I am waiting on my green card and it is taking forever. I fully sympathise but as above, don't submit anything after the fact. Wait for them to contact you to say they need more or you will get your next notification.
