Hello to everybody,

finally this evening I got my NOA #s for AOS & EAD, I just registered my case #s in USCIS website in order to have my portfolio status, but my questions now is: how do I know if my case is still there pending, if it was moved somewhere, or how do you realize that yr case was "touched"? Do they tell you something about it in this portfolio status?

Do they send you 2 different letters for the biometrics? 1 for the AOS and 1 for the EAD?

Sorry............I know they sound stupid questions, but I'm very puzzled, and stressed out of waiting and understanding all the process, I can't take it anymore like most of us..................... I'm just sick 'n tired............

Thanks to all that will be replying to me...................

hi there

when you check your status online if one of your petitions has a different date than last time you checked this means you were touched..you click on the date and it will inform you what has happened..but in saying that if your date changes but the notice is the same that means they have just done something to your file for that day..

i received 2 NOA'S for AOS & EAD.. and one notice about my biometrics appointment for both of them..

good luck an hope your journey is a swift one

Other than the above, to hope for quick processing, being a K1 you might get transferred to CSC in which case you wont have an interview. If you dont get transferred (and it is completely random) then settle in for a while.

Your biometrics appointments should happen fairly quickly.. say within a month or so...

Crossing fingers that you dont get an RFE check the processing times at your local office to see what the wait is.

good luck
