What is the processing time for concurrently filed I-140 and I-485 (employment-based: multinational manager/executive)? I filed them on December 2012 and they're being processed at Nebraska Service Center. I got NOA on December 12, 2012. We had our biometrics done on January 30, 2013 and I have also received my EAD card that day. I just want to know how long will it take for USCIS to process my green card since I filed concurrently. On the website it says 4 months for both I-140 and I-485. Does that mean I have to wait 8 months before I could get my green card, or will both get approved within 4 months? I need to know because I have travel plans outside of U.S. in June and I'm worried that my green card won't be processed by then. And btw, my I-485 is still in Acceptance. Is this normal or should I call already?

Hi jaytee. I wish I had an answer for you but I actually have a question. What EB category are you in? I'm wondering if I can file 485, EAD and parole now without date being current. If your date wasn't current when it you filed, I wonder if its okay to file 485 then.

Thanks and sorry for not having an answer.

Jaytee states that his I-140 is in the "employment-based: multinational manager/executive" category, which is otherwise known as EB-1C. All EB-1 categories are current.

Spouse-based AOS from out-of-status H-1B, May - Aug 2012

Removal of conditions, Aug - Nov 2014
