Once the K1 process is done and I marry my fiancee... and we then get the perminant resident Visa.... are we able to aply for a UK visa for my future Husband?

And if we decide to move to UK for a few years.... is my visa still valid?

After you get married, you will have to help him adjust his status. If he wants to go back to UK before he get his green card, he needs to apply for AP. If he is UK citizen, he doesn't need UK visa, he will need a UK visa if he becomes US citizen....

I am trying to understand you so if anything is wrong... please correct me.

When you (not "we") get Permanent Resident status (it's not a "visa"). (And he's a fiance - you're the fiancee.)

Whether you retain or lose your PR status by moving to the UK for a few years depends on what actions you take before and during your time away from the USA to demonstrate that the USA remains your primary place of residence that you do not intend to abandon. The USCIS web site has (had, anyway) a page discussing this issue.
