Start of my ROC journey

So here I am now... facing my ROC journey without my husband... It took me awhile to find the courage to gather all documents, I keep putting it off coz I know it will be a tough one for me.

So below are the documents that I gathered, and please reassured me that it's enough and if there is anything lacking that I can still include... I also wanna express that I am ready for an RFE if USCIS needed more documents... as a matter of fact, I will be glad to receive one if it will mean that they are working on my file.

I just want to say also that I intentionally did not include affidavits from friends because of what I read here that affidavits are not really that important than the other documents... we do not have joint ownership too because of the cancer fight, having him change everything he owns before our marriage to both our names is the last thing on my mind (i do not want to burden him with the paperwork)... plus he does not want me to add to his credit card in the first place coz he had a rather large credit (we religiously pay for it more than the monthly due) and he does not want to burden me in paying them once he's gone. I also did not include his will coz the estate is divided between me and his 2 sons (my preference).

so finally here are the documents... Thank you in advance.

- The I-751 Form

-A check for $590.00

- Copy of my green card (front and back)

- Copy of my husband’s death certificate

- Copy of our joint Tax Return Transcript for 2011 and 2012 from the IRS

- Copy of our joint Form 1040 signed by our Tax Preparer

- Copy of Bank Statements in both our names

- Copy of Durable Healthcare Power of Attorney, me as his Health Care Agent

- Copy of our health insurance cards showing joint policy

- Copy of AAA Plus Membership billed together

- Copy of pictures and documents of events and travels throughout our marriage

- Copy of christmas cards sent by friends (2011 and 2012)

- Copy of letters from Veterans Affairs’ Office, Social Security and AARP upon his death

- Copy of the cards from my work and from his work upon his death
