Offer to pay him with virtual money. Delete all references to this. I had a scammer pretend to be with the FBI, so they are very good at making it look real when all they want is your $2500 deposit and then they will become virtual.

No. There is no way one will find a true sponsor/co-sponsor here.

A stranger would never take on this long term responsibility. As a matter of fact some friends and family won't do it for ones they know!

Look on-line for a job in your expertise and see if they would hire someone that is not a USC. You will need to find a large company most likely that has the resources to deal with all the red tape of the US government and not individuals on an immigration forum.

You mean a real employer? You have to be able to do a job that no US citizen can do. There are lots of unemployed citizens out there, so you'd better have some very specialized skills to be able to get a work visa. Yes, there are poor people in the USA. Yes, there is high unemployment in some areas. Job competition is harsh even for citizens. An employer needs a good reason to spend the $$$$ to pay your legal and immigration fees to get you a work visa. You don't pay, they do.

Or do you mean a sponsor for the financial responsibility form? That's not something you ask a random person for.

In case it wasn't clear, all these people are joking about bidding for the "virtual office visa". Send me $10000000000000000 and I too can tell you that I'll get you a work visa and then vanish once the wire clears. Which is how this scam works. I'll say it again: You do not pay for a work visa. The employer pays.
